James Scott 1858 - 1924

James Scott of Castlemaine, Mount Alexander Shire County, VIC Australia was born in 1858 at Pennyweight Ln, in Beechworth, Indigo Shire County to John Scott and Margaret Rodgers. He had siblings Mary Esther Scott, William John Scott, Emily Jane (Scott) Potter, Matthew Scott, William Scott, Christopher Scott, Joseph Thomas Scott, Samuel Walters Scott, Albert Nutall Scott, Robert Scott, Alfred Johnson Scott, and Anthony Henry Scott. He married Florence Mary (Howarth) Scott in 1897, and had children Victor James Scott, Robert John Scott, Lionel Sydney Vaugha Scott, Albert Howarth Scott, and Henry George Larlington Scott. James Scott died at age 65 years old on December 15, 1924 in Castlemaine, Mount Alexander Shire County.
