She had siblings William Henry Bygrave and Mary Ann Bygrave. She married William Henry Culph, and had children John Thomas Culph, Robert Edwin Culph, William Henry Culph, Alfred Baden Culph, Thomas Harold Culph, Edith Mabel Culph, Richard Charles Culph, and Roy Culph. Jane Culph died at age 92 years old on June 27, 1966 in Healesville.
