    Jane Sumner Philips Perkins Jane Sumner Philips Perkins, 89, of Sanford, Florida, died March 25, 2010, at the Carrollton Nursing and Rehab Center in Carrollton, Ga. Jane and her husband, Wally Philips owned Philips Cleaners, Laundry and Fur Storage as well as Philips Decorating Den in Sanford. Upon the death of Wally, Jane remarried widower, Brack Perkins, also of Sanford. Upon his death, Jane moved to Carrollton to be with her daughter and family. She was beloved by everyone who knew her. She was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church for 62 years. She was a devout Christian always putting others before herself. She left a wonderful legacy. Memorial services will be held at Christ Fellowship Church April 15, at 10 a.m. Her remains will then be placed in the Memorial Garden at Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Sanford.
