Jason Lee Fitzpatrick was born to William Greendeer and Dianne Swanson. According to a short piece in the Marshfield News-Herald on Monday, October 24, 2994, "in Racine County, a car left the road and stuck several mailboxes and a tree Saturday, killing a 21-year-old man. He was the son of William Greendeer and Dianne (Richard) Swanson; stepson of Dennis Fitzpatrick. Funeral services will be held (TODAY) Monday, October 24, 1994, at 1 p.m. at St. Charles Catholic Church, Burlington. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Interment will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery, East Troy, with special Wisconsin Winnebago Grave Side service. Jason L Fitzpatrick

Man killed in car accident

A town of Burlington man died in a one-car accident at 2:09 a.m. Saturday in Racine County. Jason L. Fitzpatrick, 21, lost control of his vehicle while northbound in the 8900 block of Fisherman Road in Burlington, according to the Racine County Sheriff's Department The vehicle left the road striding a mail box and several trees.

Fitzpatrick was pronounced dead at the scene by Racine County Assistant Medical Examiner Tom Terry. Passenger Michael Tucker, 10, Burlington, was treated for injuries at Memorial Hospital, Burlington, and released. The accident if under investigation.
