Maude Robbins finished HS in Okmulgee in 1927 (+/-) and went to work in a bank across the street from the bank Pretty Boy Floyd always robbed. They got married in 1940 & moved to Norman & then Muskogee where Jay Douglas was born on 18 Aug 41 & Betty Carolyn was born on 10 Aug 43 - they moved to Stillwater in 1948 & Archer was the timekeeper for Manhattan Const Co (based in Tulsa) for a new Student Union at Okla A&M (now OSU) - then moved to Norman in 1950 to build the Cross Center Men's Dorms at OU - Maude went back to work in 1954 as a sec'y at Security Nat'l Bank - Archer retired as the Asst City Engr in 1971 & died of nat'l causes in 1974 - Maude retired as the bank's Sr Veep in 1993 at the age of 83, then sold her house at 316 S Mosier & moved to Los Alamos, NM, where she lived with her daughter & son-in-law, Wm. Wilson until she died of nat'l causes in 1997 at the age of 87.
