Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Archer Douglas Belford.
Jay Douglas Belford was born on August 18, 1941 to Archer Douglas Belford and Maude Mae Robbins Belford. He married Carol Ann (Seivers) Cook. He would also marry Jeanita Gail Wilson. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Jay Douglas Belford.
Maude Mae Robbins completed Okmulgee High &'worked for a bank where she met Archer Douglas Belford in the 1930's - they got married & moved to Norman & then Muskogee where Archer taught army recruits how to fly in WWII - Jay Douglas Belford was born there on 18 Aug 1941 & Betty Carolyn Belford was born on 10 Aug 1943 - they moved to Stillwater in 1948 & then Norman in 1950 - Archer died there in 1974 - Maude moved to Los Alamos & lived with Betty, her daughter and a school teacher, & Betty's husband, Wm Wilson. Maude died there of nat'l causes in 1997 at the age of 87.
