Jean Gwendoline McDowall (Tunnecliffe) Law of Traralgon, Latrobe City County, VIC Australia was born on May 16, 1913 in Wonthaggi, Bass Coast Shire County to Phoebe Elizabeth (Ratcliffe) Tunnecliff and Edward Phillips Tunnecliff. She had siblings Eric Phillips Mcdowall Tunnecliff, Edward Charles Mcdowell Tunnecliffe, and Ida Mary Mcdowall Tunnecliff. Jean Law married Joseph Milburn Law in 1936, and died at age 80 years old on August 6, 1993 in Traralgon, Latrobe City County.
