Phoebe Elizabeth (Ratcliffe) Tunnecliff of Greensborough, VIC Australia was born in 1870 in Walhalla to Joseph Josiah Ratcliff and Mary (McGarrigle) Ratcliff. She had siblings Sarah Jane (Ratcliffe) Duncan, Joseph Josiah Ratcliffe, John Stephen Ratcliffe, William Ratcliff, James Fergus Ratcliffe, and Eva Susannah (Ratcliffe) Murcutt. She married Edward Phillips Tunnecliff in 1893, and had children Edward Charles Mcdowell Tunnecliffe, Ida Mary Mcdowall Tunnecliff, Jean Gwendoline McDowall Tunnecliffe, and Eric Phillips Mcdowall Tunnecliff. Phoebe Tunnecliff died at age 88 years old on September 14, 1959 in Greensborough.
