Jenie Jackson, aka Maude Jackson, was born to Maud Morris. She had a brother, Stanley Morris. Jenie was an actress who appeared in The Wild Wild West (1965 - Kitten, 2 episodes), Ride the High Country (1`962 - Kate), and Imago (1970- Molly). According to an Oakland Tribune article dated August 19, 1962, Jenie was married 6 times (she said that "small men" appreciated her large size) and she was also wealthy - " I've usually been the breadwinner in my marriages. I earn $1250 a week playing in night clubs, and because I'm understanding I've let my husbands get away with murder. I've been the one who's broken off every marriage. And I've done it when I've felt that my husband has taken advantage of me." According to the same article, her first husband, who she married at age 14 in Santa Ana CA, was a football player. Her second husband was a doctor in Los Angeles. (She married him while she was in college.) In 1962, she had a $75,000 home and a swimming pool (in the San Fernando Valley) and several apartment houses and income property. For several years, she played supper clubs all over the US and Europe and then MGM signed her in 1962 to play a madam of a pleasure palace in "Ride the High Country". She celebrated her foray into films with a vacation to Hawaii with her 11 yr old son, Jon. Jenie was survived by a daughter, Lynda and a son, Jon R. Jackson. See Jenie Jackson: Obituary.
