This is a short break down about Jimmy Dale Holland Swadley: Jimmy was left at JPS hospital after being born a pound and eight ounces. His bio parents moved to Washington, and left him with his Aunt Rhonda Swadley to adopt and care for him. They signed paper work at JPS of Fort Worth 04- 1992 so Rhonda Swadley could make medical choices and take him home.
Rhonda loved him like her own son. She states Jimmy was a kind and gentle boy, always very loving, He was a quiet kiddo and had no problems from him; a very smart kid. He was reunited with his Bio Parents at age 2'ish in 1993-94 after refusal of letting Rhonda adopt him, and was later taken from the Bio Parents for child abuse by Cooper TX Sheriff DEP /CPS and placed back with Rhonda Swadley along with his three siblings.
The older Siblings Aaron and Christopher ,after parenting classes was gave back to Bio parents, Jimmy and Johnathan remained in Rhonda's Care , eventually they was able to get both children back and decided to leave Jimmy once again with Rhonda Swadley and promised the adoption papers once they was back in WA, They left in early mid 94 back to WA with three of the children. Jimmy was raised with Rhonda Swadley until around late 97 -1998 and Rhonda was refused again paper work to get Jimmy in school and custody. Rhonda was forced to send Jimmy back to BIO Parents in WA. Bio parents told grandparents that Jimmy did not adjust well and a Doctor told them it would be best to place Jimmy in a closed adoption with another family and not return him to Rhonda it would be to traumatic. In 2014 a year after the death of Rhonda Swadley mom and both Bio parents passed , she was informed by his siblings that BIO parents had starved Jimmy to death and hid his body in a car and they got rid of the car. There is no proof he has passed or gave up for closed Adoption. Rhonda Swadley is heart broken and hopes one day to find the truth about what happened to her son . Thank You Rhonda Swadley email
