Joan Outhwaite married William Anncell Abeckett in 1940, and died at age 90 years old on December 2, 2005 in Malvern, City of Stonnington County.

As their actions continued through the next several years, an estimated 600,000 to 1 million Armenians were killed by Turkish soldiers.

Formally called the National Prohibition Act, the Volstead Act enabled law enforcement agencies to carry out the 18th Amendment.
