AFTER the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof APPLICATION will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria, that PROBATE of the WILL, dated 29th March, 1939, of JOHN COUSLAND, formerly of 88 Raleigh street, Thornbury, but late of 60 St. David street, Thornbury, in Victoria, Plumber, deceased, may be GRANTED to Mary Cousland, widow, of 60 St, David street, Thornbury, being the executrix, appointed by the said will.
