John Henry Edney of Mooroopna, Greater Shepparton City County, VIC Australia was born in 1869 in Rochford, Macedon Ranges Shire County to Elizabeth Ann Greenaway Edney and Walter Edney. He had siblings Frederick William Edney and Alfred Edward Edney. He married Florence Matilda Wicks Edney in 1893, and had children Rosalie Olive (Edney) Stone, Walter Henry Edney, Violet Edith Edney, Florence Vera Edney, William Edward Edney, Ernest John Edney, Adelaide Matilda Edney, Reginald Charles Edney, and Eric George Edney. John Edney died at age 64 years old in 1933 in Mooroopna, Greater Shepparton City County.
