He also asked me to contribute to the school magazine. Mr. Fallon loved the story but since the girls were in charge, they nixed my story in favor of their colleagues. He encouraged me to be a writer.

Educator, NYC Board of Education & Board of Examiners, Principal of Bay Ridge High School. Author and proud veteran of WWII, 88th Infantry Division; Bronze Star recipient. Member of the Galway Association of New York, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and American Irish Teachers Association. Devoted parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Church. Friends may call Thursday 7-9:30 and Friday 2-5 and 7-9:30 at Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, New Hyde Park, NY. Funeral Mass Saturday, 9:45am, St. Gregory the Great RC Church.
