John James Rowe 1857 - 1934

John James Rowe was born on January 13, 1857 at Winters Flat in Castlemaine, Mount Alexander Shire County, VIC Australia to Elizabeth Jane McIntyre (Steel) Rowe and James Rowe, and had siblings Edward Rowe, Ezekiel Rowe, George Rowe, and William Rowe. He married Sarah Maria (Hall) Rowe, and had children William Thomas Rowe, Edward James Rowe, Elizabeth Ann (Rowe) Mawhinney, Ethel May (Rowe) Teitz, and John Rowe. John Rowe died at age 77 years old on October 25, 1934, and was buried at Cobram Cemetery in Cobram East, Moira Shire County.
