Although not my ancestor, I was seeing what I could dig up to add to this biography (more complete biographies tend to get the most attention) so hopefully someone adds a photo.
What I found interesting is that according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs there was a John Robedeaux who was born Aug 30 1896 and died Sep 15 1972. However, most other sources show that a John Robedeaux from Oklahoma was born Sep 1 1896 and died Aug 15 1972.
Do you think this is the same person? It's not THAT uncommon of a name, but the months and dates are just so close together. Anyhow, any details you can add to the biography would be helpful.
