Joseph Crawley was born in 1864 in Rushworth, Campaspe Shire County, VIC Australia to John Crawley and Jean (Muir) Crawley, and had siblings Sophia (Crawley) Ahern, Annie Crawley, Isabella Crawley, James Muir Crawley, Stephen Muir Crawley, Henry Clarke Crawley, John Crawley, Robert Spence Crawley., and Rebecca Jean (Crawley) Reilly. He married Isabella (Moncrieff) Crawley, and had children Leslie Moncrieff Crawley and Ivy Elizabeth Crawley. Joseph Crawley died at age 51 years old on March 4, 1916 in Kogarah, NSW, and was buried at Woronora Memorial Park 121 Linden St, in Sutherland, Sutherland Shire Council County.
