    Buried at Fawkner Cemetery as Joseph Hayes. The Argus, Melbourne. 29th July 1929. FUNERALS. MORRIS. - The Friends of the late Mr. JOSEPH HAYES MORRIS ( ex-mayor of Port Melbourne and secretary of the Waterside Workers Federa- tion and Port Phillip Stevedore Laborers Associa- tion ), are respectfully invited to follow his remains to the place of interment, Fawkner Cemetery. The funeral is appointed to leave his residence, Thomas street, Port Melbourne, THIS DAY (Monday the 29th July), at 3:30 p.m. - R. McKenzie, Undertaker, Port Melbourne.

Aged 78 years.
