Josie married Francis "Frank" (Grenscheau) Granfield in Anoka, Minnesota, in February 1881 when she was 25 years old. Frank passed away on December 20, 1906, in Anoka, Minnesota, they had been married 25 years. Josie married Zepháerine Paquette in Anoka, Minnesota, on January 30, 1910, when she was 54 years old. Zepháerine passed away on March 18, 1930, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the age of 75. They had been married 20 years.
