José Urquidy

He was born Jose Luis Hernandez and changed his surname to Urquidy before the beginning of the 2019 season. Signing with the Astros in 2015, his first season was with the Greeneville Astros and Tri-City ValleyCats, pitching to a combined 2-1 record and a 3.35 ERA in 37 2⁄3 innings. In the 2016 season, he was with the Quad Cities River Bandits and Lancaster JetHawks, posting a 6-5 record and 2.94 ERA in 24 games (21 starts).
Following elbow surgery in 2017, he returned to pitching in the minor leagues and was promoted to the major leagues on July 2, 2019.
According to Wikipedia: "On October 26, 2019 in Game 4 vs. the Washington Nationals, Urquidy started for the Houston Astros, making him just the third Mexican born World Series starting pitcher."
