She married Charles David Burk on February 20, 1965 in Bakersfield, Kern County, and had children Diane Karen (Burk) Lisk, Charles David Burk Jr, and Michael Darren Burk. Juanita Burk died at age 69 years old on August 8, 2012 in Chandler, Maricopa County, AZ, and was buried at Globe Cemetery 328 Hackney Ave, in Globe, Gila County.
