He married Maryann Elizabeth (Strom) Weeks on July 29, 1950, and they were married until Maryann's death on June 28, 1964. They had children Jerry Lu Weeks, Amy Louise Weeks, Roseann Beth Weeks, and Kenneth Wayne Weeks Jr. He would also marry Reta Jean (McGee) Weeks on October 23, 1964.
