Kevin Patrick Haill of St. Louis, Missouri United States was born on September 12, 1959 at Lutheran Hospital in St. Louis to Ralph A Haill and Jeanette Lorraine (Rich) Haill. He had siblings Ralph Dennis Haill, Jeffry Shawn Haill, and Timothy Gerald Haill. Kevin was baptized in 1970. He was the parent of Devan Ray Harvey. He married Deborah S Nichols, and they had a child Joshua Patrick Haill. He married Karen Skaggs and they later divorced. They had a child Tara Lorraine Skaggs. Kevin's partner was Lori Lee (Leadbetter) Stewart in St. Louis and they later separated. They had a child Kim Picard. Kevin Haill died at age 37 years old on April 19, 1997 in St. Louis, and was buried on April 22, 1997 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery section b site in Saint Louis, USA County.

    Kevin was the best at everything.. He made many accomplishments in his lifetime.. He served in both the Army & Marines,,, After Retiring his positions he then went on to accomplish Making a Debut Artist Cd via: Fred Vale Productions of Sony Studios as well as a masterful Dance Champion for Fred Astaire Studios with Two National Dance Championship Wins... We were to do the Nationals but god took him Home! Devan & I keep you forever in our hearts & minds...Our Father~Whom Art in Heaven~ Hallowed be thy name... Thy Kingdom come~Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven...Amen~
