Lela Vestine (Beason) Smith 1894 - 1973

Lela Vestine (Beason) Smith was born on July 21, 1894 at Beason's Cove in St. Clair County, Alabama United States. She was in a relationship with Isaiah Lafayette Smith beginning November 13, 1910 in Ferguson's Crossroads, St. Clair County, and they were together until Lela's death on February 14, 1973. She had children L G B Smith, John Curtis Smith, Arthur Cecil Smith, Susie Elloway (Smith) Lambert, Edna Higgins, Theodus Smith, Frank Smith, and Evalee Smith. Lela Smith was buried at Bethlehem Baptist Church 4854 Horton Gap Rd, in Boaz, Etowah County.
