I want Justice for Lisa Anne. I am Lisa Anne's, mother. I want her to rest in peace. I want the person or person's to be prosecuted for her Horrific Murder. She will never fall in love, or get married, have children. Their is a lot of first that Lisa Anne will never have. She had plans for her life and future. That was taken away from her and her family who loved her so much and miss her everyday. We will never hear her voice again, her laughter, which she snorted sometimes when she was reallly tickled. She never got her driver's license. There were many things she and her family missed out on, especially she never got to live her life!

Lisa Anne loved going to school. She was a straight A student in High School. She also was taking some college courses to earn credits for her Bachelor's Degree. She had planned to Double Major first Major was a degree in Law to become an for at Law, to make a good salary to fund her 2nd Major to become a Veterinarian and to be able to purchase the equipment and supplies that she would need to have her& veterinarian practice. Lisa Anne would go over to her friends house and help them. She would ride horses and help her the cattle. She loved cows! She wanted to be a veterinarian to live a country life. Lisa never married.

Lisa Anne was a student. She was never married. She was single. She was a twin. Her brother and her. Lisa Anne was the oldest by 8 minutes. I believe she pushed her brother out of the way so she could be first. Lisa Anne also had 3 sister's. She loved her twin brother and her 3 sisters. She watched over them and took care of them. She might of been tiny only 5 foot 1/2 inch. But she was mighty. She was a true leader. She loved to help other's. She was a Missing Person from February 6, 2004. She was missing for 6 years, one month, and ten days, until they discovered her remains on I - 75 (Interstate 75) on March 16, 2010, about one mile off of Bruce B. Downs in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.

MOWREY, Lisa Anne was born Monday, March 18, 1985, at 10:05 a.m. in the State of Missouri, and died Friday, February 6, 2004. Lisa Anne Mowrey at the age of 18 years old was a Missing Adult for 6 years, 1 month and 10 days until March 16, 2010, when her remains were (Found) discovered on I - 75 Interstate off of Bruce B. Downs in Tampa, FL. Lisa Anne was a twin, a daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. She was the oldest of five children. She loved helping at a friend' s farm with herding cows and riding horses. Lisa Anne's dream was to double major to become an attorney to help people and help pay for her final dream of changing careers, to become a veterinarian for cows and other animals. Lisa Anne Mowrey went missing Friday February 6, 2004, but her family was not notified until Sunday, February 8, 2004, at approximately 5 p.m. Her remains were discovered March 16, 2010, off of Interstate 75 and Bruce B. Downs in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, two days before the twins' 25th birthday. Also her next sister's birthday was March 27, 2010, and she is 24 years old at that time. The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner stated the cause of death was Homicide Violent Death. Lisa Anne is survived by parents, Thomas A. and Donna Maria Mowrey; twin brother, Stephen Michael Mowrey, his EX wife, Pricilla, their daughter, Megan Marie Mowrey and son, Robert Michael Mowrey; sister, Dana Marie Mowrey- Mejia, her EX husband, Jose R. Mejia, their son, Jonny R. Mejia and daughter, Evangalina Marie Mejia; sister, Mariah Louise Mowrey; and youngest sister, Christin Faith Mowrey. Lisa Anne is also survived by her Uncle, Gary W. Angelo; Aunt, Gertrude L. "Trudie " Angelo; Aunt, Marion Pond, her husband, Robert Pond, their sons, Bobby Jr. and Chris Pond, and their families; as well as cousin, Donald Angelo and his family. A memorial will take place at 7 p.m. June 4, 2010, at Community of Christ Church, 1740 N. Highland Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755. A family statement reads, "Lisa Anne we always loved you and have missed you everyday, since you went missing for six years one month and ten days. We will never forget your smile, laughter, your sense of humor and your dreams." "We want to thank all the missing person agencies, local and state law enforcement and the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner, Dr. Mainland and University of South Florida Anthropologist, Professor Erin Kimmerle, for all the work they did for our daughter on her behalf." When Lisa Anne would laugh she would make a little snorting noise. She would just get so tickled. Her smile would light up a room. You could see the sparkle in her eyes when she was happy. She would say Oh, Snap! She would shake her left hand until it would snap!. She loved her movies. Her favorite actress is Sandra Bullock. She loved watching PBR (Bull Riding) She loved the the New Country music, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, and many others. She slso listened to the regular country music with her maternal grandmother. She played Volleyball with her sister's. She loved her family. We were always close. She was always the best she could be, she was a leader and always watched over her sibling. She had many dream unfortunately they were never realized. She always helped out at church. She wanted to help others. She did not take for granted the blessing that God had given her. She always said she wanted to help other's that do not recognize their blessing. She was always down home, down to earth (approchable and willing to be there to lend a helping hand and to care for other's in need) honest and forthright. She cared for her friend's. She always tried to treat other's how she wanted to be treated. She would do everything in her power to help her friend's with homework, that they might be stuggling with a certain subject. Chemistry or Algebra or French, and other subjects. Lisa Anne was an Straight "A" student. She enjoyed her school work. She always said her schooling always came easy. She was greatful that she did not have to stuggle with her classwork. While in high school during the summer she took college classes. She wanted to get in all the credits that she could so she could finish her Bachelor's of Science and then go on to her Juris Doctorate and her studues also into Veterinarian Medicine for Farm Animals. Cows, Horses, Gosts, Pigs, an of course Dogs. etc. She had her life's dreams planned out. She would talk to her family about her future. She was stopped, from her destiny. As her family wants justice for her. We will never give up on that promise, To have the person or person's being charged and found guilty in a court of law. I know it will not bring her back to us. But No One should get by with forgery, fraud, mail tampering, lies, embellishment, defrauding the IRS, fraud with coporations, and so many other things that are being investigated still today! I want them to know that they are always will be watching you and the other's. It just a matter of time. The people involved will turn on themselves, so they can get a plea deal from prosecution, The State of Florida. There is No Staute of Limitations on Capital Murder 1 and conspiracy to commit Murder and other charges while commiting a Felony 1. I will be standing there when that time comes for my daughter, Lisa Anne. I pray that No Parent's or Families have to go through this ever in this life time, Ever.

Lisa Anne Mowrey was born on Mach 18, 1985 on a Monday, in the State of Missouri, she was a Twin. She was Murdered on February 6, 2004, Friday. Her remains were not found until March 16, 2010, Tuesday, two days before her and her twin brother's Twenty - Fifth Birthday. We were notified on March 22, 2010 a Monday. Five days before her sister's Twenty - Fourth Birthday. Lisa Anne Mowrey had been an Missing Adult Since February 6, 2004 until March 16, 2010 which was Six years, one month and 10 days she had been missing from her family. Lisa Anne was a great daughter and sister, She never knew she was an Aunt of 5 nephews and 4 Nieces. They would never get the chance to know their Aunt. We as a family will tell and share with them so they might know her and how much she was loved. She might be gone from us, but we will never forget her in our family and our lives everyday. She was very important to us. We will try and live each day for her and to be the best like she was in her life.
