She was married to Arthur Haysom in 1888, and had children Herbert Leslie Haysom, Archibald Charles Haysom, Arthur Haysom, Florence Louisa Haysom, Edith Matilda Haysom, and Elsie May Haysom. Louisa Haysom died at age 74 years old in 1941 in Melbourne.
