Madge Jessie (Dovaston) Shalders of Creswick, VIC Australia was born on October 12, 1910 in Ararat, Ararat Rural City County to Selina Watts Dovaston and Alfred Ernest Dovaston. She had siblings Lucy Mary Ann (Dovaston) Madex, William Samuel Dovaston, Alfred George Dovaston, Lillian Selina Dovaston, Annie Dovaston, Sydney Joseph Dovaston, and Wilfred John Dovaston. She married Edward Joseph Shalders in 1931, and had children May Lorraine Shalders, David Maxwell Shalders, John Edward Shalders, Colin Shalders, and Shirley Shalders. Madge Shalders died at age 86 years old on August 22, 1997 in Creswick.
