She married Cecil Melvin George Stonebarger (1913-1981) on 1 March 1934 at Claremore, Oklahoma. The couple had children together; Billy Charles (1937-2006), Bobby Ray (1928-2002), and Shirley Darlene Stonebarger (1948-2003). The family lived in Claremore, Rogers, Oklahoma.

Manerva was the daughter of: William Heman Judd 1865 - 1928 and Eliza Jane Bryan Bates 1877 - 1959. Manerva was one of thirteen children. She married Cecil Melvin George Stonebarger on 1 March 1934 at Claremore, Oklahoma. Cecal and Manerva had seven children: Clara Sorensen, Bill, Bob, Will and Don Stonebarger, Sharon Campbell and Shirley Stonebarger and 20 grandchildren. Manerva was a loving wife, mother and grandmother we will all miss her.
