The Billy Goat and the Chair
Mom told me this true story that happened in her childhood:. When she and her brother and sister lived on the farm in Marshall, they had a billy goat. He had this rocking chair that he didn't want anyone sitting in. One day, her brother Claude, sat in the rocking chair to see what the billy goat would do. The billy goat proceeded to charge at Claude and gored him with his horns. Claude flew out of the rocking chair into a briar patch! 😂
