Mark Kingsley was born to Edward John Kingsley Sr. (1922 - 2009) and Mary Carol Deyo (1929 - 2018). He had three siblings: James Joseph and another brother, and one sister. Mark Kingsley married twice. He married Deborah Moyer in 1973 in Ohio and they were married for four years. They were divorced in December of 1977 and had one son. He had two sons and one daughter in his second marriage to Debra Kingsley. They divorced in July of 1989 in Carson City, Nevada.
