Introduction

Marquita was the daughter of Major and Mrs. CC Moseley of Beverly Hills CA Marquita married Major Robert O. Denny, Army Air Force, on Feb 2 1945.. She had children Brian, Danna, Marquita, Devon, Robert and Mark Denny. Marquita and Robert divorced in 1957 in Wyoming citing "Intolerable Indignities". They stated that they had 5 children under 18 at the time. Marquita was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Nepal) Appointed: March 3, 1976 Presentation of Credentials: May 18, 1976 Termination of Mission: Left post on April 22, 1977 She was appointed by President Ford, supposedly as a reward for helping him get into office. She was also rumored to be a very poor role model for the United States.
