Payne, Oata O'Brien Payne, Frances C. Payne, Fannie Etta (Payne) Cope, Joseph Thomas Payne, I, Mary L. Payne, Benjamin Wiley Payne, Jr., and Amanda Payne. She married Thomas Jefferson Hillis, and they had children Laura (Hillis) Grissom and Charles Hillis. She married John H. Hillis, and they had children Violet (Hillis) Carter-Brown-Jones, Amanda (Hillis) Bowman, Nellie Hillis, Nancy Frances (Hillis) Johnson, Samuel Houston "Sam" Hillis, Dewey Hillis, Julia (Hillis) Johnson, and Virgil Hew Hillis. Martha Hillis died at age 75 years old on November 17, 1935 in Van Buren County, TD.
