I've "rescued" an old photograph of Mary and Kathryn COOPER which was taken at the Park Bros. Studio in Oneida, NY. The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with the younger woman in her 20's and the older woman likely in her 60's. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding these women and their families:
Katherine or Kathryn C. COOPER was b. 20 Mar 1891 in Durhamville, NY to parents John B. COOPER (1851-1925) and Mary A. SEYBOLD (1856-1959). She was one of 4 children born to this couple including, Arthur F.; Earl C.; Mary Kathryn; and Kathryn or Katherine C. COOPER, all born between 1879 and 1891. Katherine married Barney Veeder TUCKER (1888-1956) and Katherine died 13 Aug 1979 in Rome, NY and is buried in the Grove Cemetery in Verona, NY.

Mary COOPER, mother-in-law, age 73, a widow, born NY, parents born NY
1940 census of Oneida, NY:
Barney TUCKER, age 55, born NY, a Bus Driver
Kathryn TUCKER, wife, age 49, born NY
Mary A. COOPER, mother-in-law, age 83, a widow, born NY
