Mary Claire (Baker) Kemp was born in 1929 to Albert Otway Baker and Mary Annie (Smith) Baker, and had siblings Laurence Richard Baker and Richard Baker. She married Neville Oseland Kemp, and they were married until Neville's death on July 15, 2014. She had a child Alan Francis Kemp. Mary Kemp died at age 85 years old on December 15, 2015, and was buried at Maffra Cemetery, in Maffra, Wellington Shire County, Victoria.
