MARY JANE BAKER Mary Jane Baker, age 87 of Dunseith, died Thursday, September 20, 2012 in a Minot hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Michael’s Church in Dunseith. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery of rural Dunseith. A wake will be held on Tuesday beginning at 4:00 P.m. with a prayer service at 8:00 P.M. in the church. Mary Jane Baker, a daughter of Francis and Eliza (Desjarlais) Baker, on December 18, 1925 at Elbow Woods, ND. She is survived by children, Sheally Engebretson of Austin, TX, Daniel Baker of San Marcos, TX, Louis Baker of St. John, ND, Jerry Poitra of Seattle, WA, Sharon Steppenbeck of Canyon Lake, TX, Ken Baker of Canyon Lake TX, Linda Baker of Grand Forks, ND, Sandra Belgarde of Dunseith, Marie Belgarde of Moorhead, TX, Mike Baker of Ronan, MT, Mary Baker-Counts and Margaret Baker both of Dunseith; 42 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren; a sister LaRose Laducer.
