Mary Thompson- Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Mary E.Thompson, 94, of 114 Stolz Drive, who died Tuesday at 5:28am at her residence, will be Friday at 10:30am at Seven Dolors Church in Monroe, the Rev. John C.Coghlan officiating. Burial will be at North Monroe Cemetery. Visitations will be Thursday from 5 to 9pm at the Joseph R. Baker Funeral Home with prayer service at 7:30pm. A Native of Monroe, she had lived here all her life and for the past 17 years, made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Mildred A. Miles. She was a lifetime member of the Seven Dolors Church, a 50 year member of the Monroe Grange and a member of the Middletown Senior Citizens. Her husband, Thomas J. Thompson, died in 1957, and a son, Robert, died in 1974. In addition to her daughter, she is survived by a son, Elmer of Middletown; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Mayer of Middletown.
