Mary Grace (Barr) Mason was born in 1899 to Margaret Grace (Aeschlimann) Barr and Robert Barr, and had siblings William Stewart Barr, Jack Barr, Robert McMillan Barr, and Margaret Annie (Barr) Lanigan. She married Harold Joseph Mason, and had children Betty Margaret (Mason) Fox, Robert Mason, Valerie Mason, and Jean Mason. Mary Mason died at age 44 years old on June 28, 1944 in Sale, Wellington Shire County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Sale Public Cemetery 1386 Maffra-Sale Rd, in Sale.
