She married George William Hamilton, and had children John Murray Hamilton and Margaret Mary Hamilton. Mary Hamilton died at age 65 years old on July 8, 1939 in Gardenvale, City of Glen Eira County, VIC Australia, and was buried at New Cheltenham Cemetery in Cheltenham, City of Bayside County.
