Michael Donnellon of Balranald Australia was born in 1867 at Windermere in Ballarat, Victoria to John Donnellon and Honora (Maloney) Donnellon. He had siblings Patrick Donnellon, Mary Ann Donnellon, and John Donnellon. He married Bridget Margaret (Byrne) Donnellon in 1899, and had children Mary Kathleen Donnellan, Honora Ann (Donnellan) Hogan, John Patrick Donnellon, Michael Joseph Donnellon, and Francis Donnellon. Michael Donnellon died at age 67 years old on March 29, 1935 in Charlton, Buloke Shire County, VIC.

The Advocate., Melbourne. 16th May 1935. - MR. M. DONNELLON, JEFFCOTT. By the death of Mr. Michael Donnellon, the Jeffcott district loses another of its pioneer residents. Born at Windermere, Ballarat, in 1867, he was the second son of the late John and Honora Donnellon, of Donald, and went to the Jeffcott district 60 years ago with his parents, who took up land there. In 1900 he married Miss Bridget Byrne, of Wooroonook, who survives him, together with their family, Mary, Honora, John, Michael and Francis. Another daughter Margaret, predeceased her father. He is also survived by his brothers, John (Wooroonook), Patrick (Watchem), and his sister Mary.
