Michael James Selvidge of Newport, City of Hobsons Bay County, VIC Australia was born on June 9, 1898 in Williamstown to William Augustus Selvidge and Catherine Elizabeth (Fitzpatrick) Selvidge. He had siblings Ethel Teresa Selvidge, Evelyn Margaret (Selvidge) Campbell, Agnes Mary (Selvidge) Jamieson, and Catherine Matilda (Selvidge) Mcwatt. He married Sarah Isbla Ann Vines in 1920, and had children James William Selvidge, Charles Henry Selvidge, and Harold Rich Selvidge. Michael Selvidge died at age 74 years old on October 30, 1972 in Newport.
