  • Introduction

    Millard's father was Burton P Toncray, 1868-1944, and his mother was Lulu P Griswold, 1869-1923. He had brother Richard Griswald Toncray, 1897-1977. He married Edna E Newcomer, 1888-1968, on November 1 1919 in Monroe MI and they had children Jean and Peggy. In the 1940 federal census, Willard and Edna were married and living in Grosse Pointe Park MI. In the household were children Jean, and Beggy (sic - most likely Peggy) and maid Edna Ziemer, 22.
