Green, and one half-brother, Millerd Windon. On his World War II draft card, Millard was described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and as weighing 155 pounds. He had blue eyes, blonde hair, and a "light" complexion. Millard O. Windon married Goldie Melinda Smith (1924 - 2010) in October of 1941 and they had son Millard Leroy Windon (1941 - 2017). They also had children Connie, Marsh, Betty, Melvin, Carolyne, and Goldie.
