Muriel Mary Piton (aka Muriel Mary Seroogy) was born to Otto Joseph Seroogy and Blanche Matilda Goulder. She had siblings Cletus Joseph Seroogy (died when he was 1 yr old), Marvin John Seroogy, and Bernard Thomas Seroogy. Muriel married Robert Nicholas Piton (1920 - 1987) and they had sons Robert O and Jeffrey, and daughters Bonita, Cindy, and Lisa. She was survived by 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
