Life
Nancy was born on April 6, 1953, in Dallas, Texas. She grew up in Farmers Branch, Texas. Nancy graduated with honors from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas. She married Gerald Lotzer on June 1, 1974. She attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock as part of her teaching degree. Nancy taught pre-school at various schools in the Dallas area. She has two children, Jonathan and Benjamin. Both young men graduated with highest honors from Jesuit High School in Dallas and later from the University of Texas Dallas (UTD). Nancy is an accomplished artist and has held numerous exhibits of her works. She is a proud grandmother of Isabella and Victor.
