Norman Charles Hawkins of Footscray, City of Maribyrnong County, VIC Australia was born on December 14, 1910 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County to Bridget Mills Hawkins and Thomas Henry Hawkins. Norman Hawkins had siblings Catherine May (Hawkins) Laughton, Thomas Alfred Hawkins, Christopher Henry Hawkins, Mary Hawkins, William Gordon Hawkins, Mary Josephine Hawkins, and Horace Edward Hawkins. He married Elsie Violet Sandwith in 1928. He married Catherine Veronica Lloyd in 1942. Norman Hawkins died at age 56 years old on October 6, 1967 in Footscray, City of Maribyrnong County.
