Paula Clare Frable

Paula Clare (Wooden Howell) Frable was born on April 30, 1970 in Bristol, Bucks County, Pennsylvania United States to Ralph Howard Wooden and Clare Patricia Fox, and has siblings Brenda Lynne Witzigman and David Michael Wooden. She married John Richard Howell in 1990 in Bensalem, Bucks County, and they were married until John's death on April 20, 2009 at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest 1200 South Cedar Crest Boulevard, in Allentown, Lehigh County. They had children Amanda Lynn Mervin and Seth Richard Howell. She would also marry Troy David Frable in 2015 in Palmerton, Carbon County and they later divorced on April 20, 2009 in Palmerton.
