Paula Mae (Wooden) Shook was born on June 7, 1954 in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas United States to Jeff Davis Wooden, and has siblings Jay William Wooden, Roger David Wooden, and Nancy Jane England. She married Michael Allen Shook in 1972 in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, and they were married until Michael's death on June 13, 2013 in Fayetteville, Washington County. Paula Shook has children Michael Jeffery Shook, Angela Michelle Underwood, Ashley Danielle Miller, and Brent Allen Shook.
