    PAULINE F HIETT, 90, of Sun City Center died Wednesday at South By Hospital. A native of Kenton, Ohio, she moved to the Tampa Bay area 23 years ago from Mansfield, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. She is survived by a foster son, William Frey of DeBary; a daughter, Sally Workman of Winter Haven; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
