Pauline R (Kelley) Hoing of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, IA was born on August 25, 1932 in Hansell, Franklin County to Beryl Kelley and Glenn Kelley. She had siblings Robert Kelley, Jean Bartels, Joan Miller, Jack Kelley, Steve Kelley, and Helen Bandfield. She married Wayne Hoing, and had children Mike Hoing, Dave Hoing, Cindy Reyst, and Patti Miller. Pauline Hoing died at age 63 years old on April 3, 1996 in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, and was buried on April 6, 1993 at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery in Waterloo.
