Percival Summerhayes of Minyip, Yarriambiack Shire County, VIC Australia was born on June 4, 1909 in Banyena, Northern Grampians Shire County to Catherine Mcdonald Summerhayes and James Walter Summerhayes. He had siblings John Simon Summerhayes, May Elizabeth Summerhayes, Christina Summerhayes, Charles Summerhayes, Amy Summerhayes, Elsie Summerhayes, Norman Summerhayes, and Ivy Summerhayes. He married Annie Elizabeth Learmonth in 1937, and had a child Errol John Summerhayes. Percival Summerhayes died at age 60 years old in 1969 in Minyip, Yarriambiack Shire County.

Previously Secretary of War, Judge on the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, Solicitor General of the U.S., and Governor of both the Philippines and Cuba, Taft was the only President who went on to become Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

The 21st Amendment said "The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed." Alcohol was legal again! It was the only amendment to the Constitution approved for the explicit purpose of repealing a previously existing amendment. South Carolina was the only state to reject the Amendment.
